Hello I'm new to the game, Once you have a captured a npc ship. Is there away to disengage it in port so it does not follow you all over the map. (without scuttling it ) When you need a fleet it is great but some errands it is not necessary. TY

Hi,
While in the port you can only disassemble nps for supplies (through squadron menu).

I would like to ask is there away of teleporting from base to base from the main map. Or setting a base in default as your main base. I know about the light houses. A lot of the instructions are in Russian still. TY


You can teleport from the port to one of the nearest ports, or island once an hour. Need to have appropriate captain skill (in upper left corner) and lighrhouse on island.

I am writing from point of view of a level 8 captain, it is possible some of my points get 'solved' by getting access to game features restricted to higher ranks, who knows.

 

Fleet ships need some improvements:

 

(1) why does it happen captured ships in your fleet have vanished when you log in later? Sold? Escaped? It should not happen.

(2) we should be cable to put player-crafted ships into fleet as well (with risk they are lost once sunk, like NPC would)

(3) we should be able to offer captured fleet ships on auction house for sale, not just breaking them up

(4) we should be able to switch ships and sail captured ex-NPC ships ourselves, (that would include our own ships change into fleet instead and become vulnerable, that is okay)

(5) we should be able to use NPC fleet for cargo transportation. Give us access to their hold. I am surprised that is forbidden now. This is one of the main purposes of fleet ships besides combat assistance.

(6) we should be able to equip NPC fleet with guns of our choice, maybe even upgrades. And fill up their partly depleted crew, of course.

 

These changes could mean trade war will become meaningful, even for pvp. Imagine players suspect the precious cargo is on someone's fleet ships rather than the leader, so they focus on capturing his fleet ships instead. Or a group operates in such ways they distract the leader while others take care of capturing his trade convoy ships.My main concern however is solo player improvement as described in points 1 - 6.

What I have to add, it is strange when trading to other player in world (and why it does not allow in port?), it is required to pay each time, and just one item at a time.

Better would be:

- ability to select various items at once

- option for swapping without the involvement of money (and why apply taxes at all, this is private business)

The money in the game comes from nowhere. It is logical that in such a system it is necessary to withdraw money from the game so that they do not accumulate too much on accounts. Taxes are just one of these systems for withdrawing money. And I support the proposal with a multi-selection of items. This will really make it more convenient.

There is going to be an (english) international chat someday? I strongly recommend it, when I mention worldofseabattle somewhere else, the number one answer is, it "has only russian chat" and people stay away. This means logically, with international chat (switchable to yours) the player retention will probably become much better.

I noticed, my first 5th rate ship I just built has an 'integrity' counter, contrary to previously used 7th rates Horizont or Friede. Does that mean when it is used up (suppose each sinking reduces one segment of the bar), the ship finally is lost?

No, but it will need capital repair.

Meantime I did understand the 'disappearing' of captured ships after a while + their impossibility to trade them is beneficial to game monetisation concept.

 

But why can't we put our manufactured ships into fleet? (and back)

Of course then their protection against ultimate loss would not apply - they could behave like captured NPC do now: get killed and sunk.

In exchange to that risk we'd get access to their hold and use them for cargo transportation. Does it sound good?

Hi,

you need to do faction mission (Port/Tavern) in order to get 100 faction reputation.

Does anyone know how someone from the USA can purchase from the Coin Shop? I've tried and it always comes up with "Can't make donations at this time" or another message that can't be translated. I've attempted to go through Paypal as well. Is the Store region locked or something?

I think I figured it out. Had contacted support and just figured out what they had meant. So hopefully it will work now.

Geame drops me from game every few minutes due "timeout" or "connection error". why? I live in country with best internet in world and my connection absolutely stable.
